Manufacturing

A sealed unit is a construction of 2 panes of glass, spaced apart with an aluminium bar available in silver, black, white or gold to form a cavity between the panes. An Iso melt sealant is applied to ensure the unit is airtight; it is also possible to seal Argon or Cripton gas inside.

All our sealed units are manufactured in our factory, to the highest standard and quality control checked by our highly experienced staff. With a lead time of 3-4 days we are sure to meet your requirements. Upon request, however, it is possible to produce sealed units the same day.

All units are produced to British Standard Part 2 BS EN 1279 and come with a 5 year guarantee.
